Shipping will be calculated at checkout. Read more about our return policy here.

We aim to process your order within 48 hours of receiving it, Monday - Friday. Orders placed after 2PM on Friday - Sunday, will be processed the following Monday.

When not in use, store your Cesta in the dustbag, out of the sun. Avoiding long periods of direct sunlight is key to preserving the vibrant colors of the natural vegetable dye.

Occasionally, sisal & raffia will fray with wear. It’s safe to trim frayed pieces of sisal/fiber with small scissors, to keep your bag looking like new.

If the shape of your basket gets squished or dented, don’t fret! Your basket will return to its former shape with a bit of massaging.

While your basket will hold its pigment in rain & snow, we don't recommend a full submersion. But life happens, and if your Cesta falls overboard, just leave it somewhere (out of direct sun) to dry naturally.
