Domestic orders ship via UPS. Shipping rates and taxes are calculated at checkout. We offer free shipping for orders over $1K.

International Shipping

Lost or Stolen Packages

We’re committed to ensuring your order arrives safely. Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, we are not responsible for lost or stolen items. However, we are happy to help investigate and file a claim. Please reach out to us at hello@cestacollective.com within 2 days of delivery for assistance.

Returns

We accept returns on any unworn, unaltered basket with tags attached, within 14 days of fulfillment. A $15 restocking fee and the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Please allow up to one week from the time your item is received at our warehouse for your refund to be processed. We’re happy to honor price adjustments within one week of purchase on in-stock items; pre-orders and final sale items are excluded.
