What is your return policy?

We hope you love your Cesta bag.  But if you don’t, we accept the return or exchange of any unworn, unaltered basket, that wasn't purchased using a promo code, within 15 days of delivery.  All items purchased on promotion are final sale. Note, we will deduct $15 from your refund for return shipping and restocking.  For an exchange, please place a new order online.  Send us an email to support@cestacollective.com and we’ll help you with the details.

What is your shipping policy?

We ship via UPS and all rates are calculated at checkout, so please enter your shipping address at checkout to determine shipping cost.

What payment options do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (AMEX, Visa, Mastercard) plus Paypal.

How fast are orders processed?

We’re a small team but we’ll try our best to get you your basket in a flash.  However, we’re not magicians please allow 1-4 business days to process and pack your order.  All orders are shipped via two-day shipping but if you need it yesterday email us and we’ll figure something out.  We’ve been there ourselves!  In NYC? Maybe we’ll even bring it over ourselves.

I placed a pre-order, when can I expect my new Cesta basket?

As every basket is handwoven in Rwanda, it takes time to produce our bags.  Email us at support@cestacollective.com and we’d be happy to give you an accurate estimate.

I live abroad, does Cesta Collective ship internationally?

Yes, we ship all over the world but international orders are final sale only i.e. no returns or exchanges.  Please email us if you have any questions.
