SHIPPING:

SHIPPING WITHIN THE US —

Domestic orders ship via UPS. Rates & taxes are calculated at checkout. We offer free shipping for orders over $1K.


INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING —

We offer international shipping through our partnership with Passport Shipping. Shipping rates and delivery times vary depending on the destination, and duties and taxes are paid at checkout.


Q: How long will it take to receive my international order?

A: Shipping times vary depending on the destination. During the checkout process, you will be provided with an estimated delivery date based on your selected shipping method and destination.

International orders are typically delivered within 8 -14 business days once the order has been fulfilled. Once your order has been fulfilled, the estimated delivery date will be shown on your tracking page.


Q: How much will it cost to ship my international order?

A: Shipping rates vary depending on the destination and shipping method selected.

During the checkout process, you will be provided with shipping rates, which will include any applicable duties and taxes to be paid at checkout.


Q: Will I be responsible for customs fees or taxes on my international order?

A: Yes, customers are responsible for any applicable customs fees or taxes, which are charged at checkout.

To create the best delivery experience for you, we ship all international orders Delivered Duty Paid (DDP). By shipping DDP, duties and taxes are collected directly at checkout so that your package is not stopped and held by customs. Please note that duties and taxes assessed by customs vary by country and product.


Q: My package seems to have stopped moving.

A: If your package stops moving at any point, do not fret! It is still on its way to you and is likely just clearing customs. Occasionally, there may be delays due to customs or weather events. If this happens, your tracking page will be updated with the latest shipping status.

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES —

We’re dedicated to ensuring your order arrives safely. Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, we cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen items; however, we’re happy to assist with investigating the issue and/or filing a claim. Please contact us at hello@cestacollective.com within 2 days of the delivery date for assistance.




RETURNS:

We hope you love your Cesta bag; but, if you don’t, log in to your account here to submit your return request. 

  • We accept the return of any unworn, unaltered basket, with the tags still attached, within 14 days of fulfillment. 

  • The cost of return shipping + a $15 re-stocking fee will be deducted from your refund.

  • Please allow up to 1 week from when your order arrives back at our warehouse for your refund to be processed. 

  • We honor price adjustments one week from the time of purchase on in stock items (pre-orders & final sale items are excluded). 

Items not eligible for return —

  • All price-adjusted items are final sale.
  • All items sold on promotion are final sale. 
  • All items sold using a promo code are final sale.
  • All Towels, Scarves & Pareos are final sale. 
  • All international orders are final sale.
  • All items purchased at a trunkshow are final sale.
  • Lost or stolen orders marked as delivered by the carrier.
